The Kitchen is a two- minute walk from the Ohakune Railway station on the Wellington-Auckland main trunk line. Positioned at the base of the Turoa mountain road, we are at the heart of Ohakune’s winter hot spot for nightlife and dining in the Ruapehu District. Conveniently within walking distance of backpackers, cabins, motel and hotel accommodation.
We offer delicious and affordable fusion style food with a wide range of drinks. Come in for a beer after a day on the mountain and warm up next to our cosy fireplace!
